Jasper Tolarba
Dr. Jasper Erwin Tolarba, DNP, RN, CNE,CGNC, FACHE, FFNMRCSI, FAAN is the inaugural Beatrice Hofstadter White Endowed Chair for Nursing Practice, Education, Research, and Innovation at Nuvance Health System and Sacred Heart University in New York and Connecticut, USA. He is a Fulbright Research Scholar alumnus to the Kingdom of Jordan and presently Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society's official Liaison to the United Nations for 2024-2027.
